Privacy
Your privacy matters.
This implementation-review notice explains what White Glove Loans collects through the public site and the optional concierge request. It is not a substitute for counsel-reviewed privacy terms, and the intake inbox remains a required connection before requests can be delivered.
Privacy, with context.Information you choose to provide
The concierge request asks for a name, email address, selected goal, optional approximate amount, timing, reply preference, and the message you choose to write. Do not submit a Social Security number, bank login, account number, password, one-time code, or full credit-report details. The form is a request for human assistance, not a loan application.
How a request may be used
If the intake connection is enabled, White Glove Loans may use the information to review the request, reply about scope, explain the proposed 10% service fee, and coordinate an authorized provider handoff. White Glove Loans will not submit an external application or share information with a provider without the customer’s separate direction and authorization. The final service workflow, retention period, vendors, and jurisdiction must be confirmed before launch.
Affiliate links and referral destinations
When you follow an affiliate link, the destination provider may receive information according to its own privacy policy. Some referral or lead-network destinations may share information with lenders, lending partners, or other service providers and may present additional credit-related or non-loan offers. Review the destination’s privacy policy and consent language before submitting information.
Analytics and local browser storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for privacy-minimized visit measurement. Custom funnel events remain local unless you explicitly choose “Allow analytics” in the site preference notice; choosing “Not now” keeps custom events from being forwarded. The site also keeps a small local browser record of the last offer lane clicked and uses local, non-identifying interaction events for the shortlist and calculator.
Cookies, retention, and requests
Required site behavior and provider technologies may use cookies or similar storage. The final privacy policy must identify retention periods, service providers, data-request methods, deletion handling, security practices, and applicable state or federal rights. Those details are not being represented as finalized in this implementation review.
