We do not guarantee approval, rates, terms, availability, funding, savings, or any other outcome. Information can change, so the provider’s current disclosures are the source of truth.

White Glove concierge service

The concierge page is a request for human assistance with organizing a financial-product review. If White Glove Loans agrees to help, the proposed service fee is 10% of the amount White Glove Loans helps arrange. This is an implementation assumption, not a final contract. The exact fee basis, scope, timing, taxes, refunds, exclusions, and provider restrictions must be provided in writing and accepted before paid work begins.

Submitting the request does not create a client relationship, authorize an application, guarantee a response, guarantee approval, or create a fee obligation. White Glove Loans may help organize questions, compare public information, prepare checklists, and coordinate a customer-authorized handoff. It does not replace a lender, attorney, tax professional, or financial adviser.

Customer authorization and sensitive information

Customers remain in control of any external application or provider submission. Do not send SSNs, bank credentials, passwords, one-time codes, or full account details through the request form. Use the provider’s secure application when that information is required.
